i bought this 6 months ago and can tell you that is it firm but not too firm.

its been a great 6 months so far and i haven’t slept this well in years. would recommend considering the price

I wanted to chime in as a past purchaser… This mattress is by far and away the best you can buy, even if it’s just the best at this price point. I mean, I feel like you’d need to spend at least a thousand elsewhere just to get something comparable. My twin is now just over 3 years old, and it still feels great. Contours to you awesomely. Back then, I’m pretty certain that the different firmness choices weren’t available, but I’m a fan of firm mattresses, and this did not disappoint. It has since broken in a bit and gotten softer, but I’d still rate it as a medium/medium firm mattress. The only slight caution I will say is that there is a slight odor upon arrival, but airing it out for a couple days solved this nicely.

With that said, I wanted to ask a question of the vender… As I recall, these are sent vacuum packed for maximum compactness. How long can they stay in this state? I am planning a move within the next month or so and need a bigger mattress, so I definitely don’t want to miss this deal, but also don’t want to end up having an unforeseen problem by leaving it compacted too long. Thanks!

It would be OK to leave it compressed for about a month. Realistically, they can stay compressed for a long time, but I feel confident in the month time frame.
