Anyone else have an issue with the MacWheel ebike support line? I reached out about 10 days ago because my bike arrived with a broken kickstand and was not properly put together. I’ve had no response. Cost me $58 to have a bike shop redo assembly. I think the company should send me a kickstand.
I’m sorry for the problems. If you don’t have luck reaching them, reach out to Woot! Customer Service with what you’ve tried and a copy of the receipt from the bike shop. They may have some options for you.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
