hese are underdosed and overpriced. They claim to be 400mg (per two capsules) of elemental magnesium from magnesium glycinate, however, 20 of them weigh only 18.5 grams. Magnesium glycinate is 14.1% magnesium by weight, so these are 130mg not accounting for the capsule. Based on a reputable brand, I estimate these are only 122mg, considering the capsule. This is far less than the advertised 200mg per capsule.
Based on the actual small dosage of 122mg, these are over 3X what I am paying for a top-shelf brand. NOT recommended.
Would’ve been a great deal if it were real.
