Kinda hard to go by ratings when there’s only 4 and they didn’t bother to leave a text review to explain why. Could have been broken in shipment for all we know.

If it’s that bad…did it break while it was being used and they had to fish it out of a not so clean toilet?
My mind she rambles when they don’t explain the one star.
we did that in BOCs many years ago. included toilet brush/caddy and a sticker that said Brush of Crap.
