Looks like the entirely wrong label was placed on the product. Riffing on @iangrain’s search of the UPC, googling “bbtmb-blk” from the sticker only provides one internet page: Amazon’s landing for the toilet brush:

Hey, I also got the toothbrush holder instead of toilet brush with holder.
I mean it’s a nice looking toothbrush holder but nowadays, I have all these rechargeable electric toothbrushes so I don’t really know what to do with it! 
Do you need a cheese stick holder for in your refrigerator?

Oh my God, the box of crap this month was even worse than the tooth brush holder
Somewhere else someone may be wondering how to brush their teeth with a 3 inch round brush. I suppose inserting it a few times gets the job done. But man, it uses a lot of tooth paste !
