What size are these? And $16 for 3 Nalgene bottles is a steal. I love, love mine and have had em for years. 32oz it looks like. So standard size.

Thats a lot of Drax.

Who Drax?

I see Nalgene are normally pricey. What makes them so good?

Ohh is going to go down again. My Woot senses are tingling…

I needed new lids – and the price here is just a touch higher than retail lids alone. Score. Spare Draxes for future cracks… es… or something.

They are excellent quality, last a very long time, are often used to store liquid and solid food when camping. I think they’ve had a bunch of tests exposing them to various elements and they hold up. I personally prefer the wide mouth (you can get pieces to make it easier to drink from).

They aren’t going to keep the water at a certain temperature like insulated bottles, but the quality is so good that you can even get the smell of gatorade or juice out and refill with water and you can’t tell. Oh and they’re made in the USA and even the super popular hydroflask isn’t.

I’m sure there are some other key points I’m missing, but I always have a nalgene bottle of water next to my bed. Or with me, unless I need something insulated for temperature. I’ve used kleen kanteen (the OG brand) and camelbak and others, but Nalgene is so simple. Quality and just a little flair.

Edit: I used a bottle brush that wasn’t soft and scratched up the inside of a couple of bottles. Although the bottles seemed and worked fine, I ended up replacing them. I’d had em for some years by then as well. Now I just make sure the brush I use inside the bottles is soft so no scratches.
