I haven’t seen anything here or on Amazon that indicates an outdoor rating. You should be able to use this is a dry covered outdoor location such as a covered porch, etc, but this would definitely not be suitable for any location that is damp or directly exposed to any kind of weather. There is a lot of electronics in the base of these lights - any kind of dampness will kill it very quickly.
