Just be warned. I ordered this pellet smoker about one month ago and got a cheap electric smoker sent to me in its place. it was returned and I was given a full refund, but a huge pain in the rear!

So if I reorder, you can assure me I will get the smoker shown?
It’s sold out now but this ships directly from our vendor. That’s the only case I’ve heard of the wrong smoker being received (CS may have heard of others, I don’t know).
But am I in their warehouse watching it ship? No.
We’ve been working with them a long time. They’re a good vendor.
