I also ordered the 12/3 15 amp orange cord and reel with USB and received a 14/3, 13amp green cord reel
Would really like an update on this. I paid 53 dollars after tax for a USED 14/3 cord reel that is broken at the handle that I could have bought for 31 dollars on amazon brand new right now (with the wall bracket). The listing said New - Sold by Woot, it didnât say âsold by 3rd party vendor using their used inventoryâ so seems like Woot is trying to not take responsibility for this. Mine was very obviously a used product.
I just received an email from customer service stating that no replacement items are available, and I am to return the items purchased for a refund.

Ya this will probably be the last thing I buy from woot.
Woot sold it, though some of the merchandise comes from Amazon warehouses.
As such, they donât always have eyes on the merchandise.
