  4. Standby time up to two weeks … charge time 1-2 hours … music play time up to 8 hours

I don’t think #1 is a surprise for any electronics item.

Reviews on Amazon and Groupon were not good 3 and 2 out of 5 stars each. Sited a lot of poor quality in both sound and construction. Also, like many rigid behind-the-ear headsets this is not sized for larger heads.
