The question wasn’t really answered – all that document identifies are the hazardous ingredients, not the other 96+%.

Problem is, that list (probably correctly) includes bleach, which is not “environmentally safe” at all. Most of this product line does not include bleach, and only the non-bleach items are labeled “environmentally safe” by the manufacturer.
So, yet again, a misleading description in the product text. It would be hard (if not impossible) for any environmentally benign product to kill mildew anyway.
Did you miss the “…at concentrations normally found in drinking-water” qualifier?
You can pour drinking water on your kid or pet. If you pour this product on your kid or pet, you are reckless.
Uh… this is for cleaning. Not for pouring on your children or pets. And in the amounts found, would cause mostly irritation. It’s pretty heavily diluted. Usage of the product in any manner other than that specified by the manufacturer could result in federal penalties.
I have contacted customer service in regards too this. And have a few other items I’m trying too get resolved . It seems in the last 2 weeks or so the answers and correspondence from customer support is confusing and hard too understand what is too be done too resolve the issues at hand. One email tells you one thing and the following is something else. Confusing.

They got back to me and offered a refund or reship. I chose the latter and just awaiting confirmation of that.
Alright, this is getting very annoying.
Never received my order for this do to damaged shipment. Customer service said there was none for a replacement. I haven’t received any refund. I put another bottle in my cart and it was taken.
