Did a reverse image search on google. An exact match shows the brand as Harvic Ltd. Which is also the brand Galaxy by Harvic.
We bought their pack of lounge pants a while back. The fabric was so cheap and thin. They were so close to transparent my husband wouldnāt sign for a FedEx package wearing them!

Ahhhhahahahahahaha im over here crying. I need sweats for my 16 yr old still. I saw this deal amd thought o need to investigate cause if they are the galaxy ones h e double hockey sticks no tbank you. I also tried my luck with the packs of galaxy sweats and i even measured our son and they were a friggin joke! Hes almost 6"2 and they made him look so short and round. The pants were ridiculous and i could tell it was cheap fabric, the kind that would pill like nobodyās business. I got my $ back and tried having him wear them around the houseā¦ they pilled.
Iām essentially homebound and due to a couple of abdominal surgeries, I have to wear pants with elastic waist so I buy these very often here.
The pants are all different. Iāve ordered a pack with the same headline and the pants were different in color, feel and fit and have different names on the tag.
Many are listed as simply Menās Fleece Joggers or something similar but they are very different: some mediums are very tight on me, some are perfect, and some are a bit looser. Some are shorter than others. Some have a sort of fleecy inside that gets on your socks when you take them off. Some of them start pilling the day you wear them. Some feel like sweatpants-type softer material. A couple of packs I got look and feel like baseball bottoms but have two pockets. I actually like the look and feel of those, but they are very thin and if you hold them up to a window, you can see through them.
All in all, these are very hit or miss, mostly miss, but the price is right and I rarely go out so they work for me. For someone looking to wear these out on the regular, I donāt see them lasting very long. Iām 5 feet tall and wear medium and the bottom of the pants is a great length for me. I would think on a taller guy, it would look like he was wearing capris. Maybe thatās a thing? I donāt know.
Too bad they sound so awful itās a good color combination. 
Got mine today. I did order 1 size up because I wanted to be sure they wouldnāt be tight, and they do fit. They also fit me in leg length, where things are usually too long for me. So I agree with @beebles that for a taller person they might look more like capris.
The ones I just got on this sale, they are thick and warm. They have 2 side pockets and 1 small back pocket. Soft and comfortable. The waistbands are wide as you can see in the pics, which makes them more comfortable IMO.
