Dont bother letting woot know about this crap. Reached out to them twice. Waiting weeks just for a response. Wanted to check if they care. At least I received an answer to that.
Stick with name brands. Some companies will do anything to steal a buck or two.
Sent my request to discuss this item with woot weeks ago then again. If woot customer service is THAT far behind im thinking there just might be a service problem. Maybe?
Hi there. They answer within a day. Note that they’re response will go to the email address on your Woot account, not your amazon login, if different.
Also, check spam/junk folders.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask them to respond to a different email address. Make sure to mention the old email address for security verification.
