What makes this specifically “mens”?

I guess only men bathe themselves with a sponge like that.

strangely enough … I do use one of those scrubby sponges as my everyday bath sponge. It does the exfoliating job better than any loofah, and it’s a lot cheaper and more durable. But Dr. Bronner’s would work as camp soap, too, so you could put together this kit yourself a lot cheaper.
