Got a different jacket of this exact same brand last year in XL and XXL since I wasn’t sure how it would fit. Turns out XL fit perfectly. So I order this one in the exact same size and it’s way too small. Did it get the wrong tag or something? This is for sure not the same size as the size chart indicates.

Gotcha. Allow 24 hrs for customer service to respond. They’re email will go to the email address on your woot account, not your Amazon email if used/different.
