Why don’t I ever see 16x16x1 size listed?
I, too, wish they carried the 16x16x1 filters. I look in vain every time I see the filter packs pop up on here.
I ordered 2 12 packs (24 filters). Order was delivered with only 18 filters, for some reason. I’m having a helluva time getting customer service to just send me 6 more filters. They want me to return the ones I have. Or, get replacement filters (sending these back in the process) And, are sorry the filters didn’t meet my expectations. Just send my 6 more filters…problem solved

I need 14x30! Always check as well but never have that size.
Last time I ordered these in April I ordered 14x24x1, and received 14x25x1. Returned, refunded.
This time when they came up again, I ordered 14x24x1 and again received 14x25x1. Submitted for return. AGAIN.
Ermahgerd. I got 14x25x1 AGAIN. I really appreciate the advance replacement (replacement sent before return received by Woot!) but if it’s wrong it’s really Moot!, Woot!. The UPS label even has “14 x 25 12pk” handwritten on it!
Since there’s already a return in progress on the original order, how do I go about returning the replacements??

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I just ordered 14x24x1 but received 14x25x1. I have sent two messages over 8 hours ago but still have not received a response. Very disappointed in how Woot can’t a simple order right and extremely upset with the lack of a reply,
Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. And please only write once as repeated messages can be flagged as duplicates, slowing down the process.

Thank you for the info. Yes I saw the “please allow 24 hours” after I had already posted in the forum. Im 46 and my vision is starting to suck lol. However, it has now been 24 hours since I sent it so still a bit frustrated by the whole thing. Thank you again!
Please be sure to check your spam filter/folder. Emails from Woot get caught in there frequently. Also, make sure you’re checking the email account associated with your Woot account and not your Amazon account, if different.

Thank you. Its now been 48 hours and still no reply. Verified the email. It is correct and checked the spam folder but nothing. I have ordered several things and never an issue but if this is how they handle issues this site is not worth ordering from for the small discount received. You as a volunteer are awesome and I appreciate the communication from you. Thank you! I am really shocked that an amazon company has this poor of customer service. I guess im off to the bbb and cancel the charge with the bank. I really dont know what else to do. A lot of time wasted as well!

Still nothing… no email… no contact from Woot at all. I just quintuple checked what email account is on file with Woot and all my spam folders. Zero emails.

Is it gmail? Try logging into it through the website and not using an email app. I guess they have a really strong filter that didn’t like Woot.
Why do I get a notification email and open it within 5 minutes. Only to learn that the Air filters are on sale and when I go to order it indicates they are sold out… WTF!!!
