When doing a reduction the flavor of the wine intensifies. Does anyone know how these two taste?

No offense to the probably wonderful reduction sauces, but when two times a week just means you get three days to buy wine instead of seven, it makes me sad.

Speaking of Woot items mostly related to wine… an Idaho vineyard, Snake River Winery, started chopping up their old vines for wood chips. I smoked some lamb with a couple ounces of Cabernet Sauvignon chips. It was wonderful. If some day w.w decided to offer something similar, say a couple different varietals, I would be in for at least one.

Your website notes that we should ‘refrigerate after use,’ but can I assume that like most prepared sauces they will be fine at room temperature until opened?

My order will likely be sitting on my desk for a week or so until I get back from vacation.
