Take Care of your Towels

Vinegar – Add a cup of vinegar to the wash cycle the first time you wash your towels. This helps set the color and prevent fading. Then periodically add vinegar to the wash cycle to remove residue from the towels (e.g. oils, soaps, lotions, and fabric softeners).

Avoid Fabric Softeners – Fabric softeners such as liquids used during the wash cycle or sheets used in dryers coat the fibers of your towels and reduce their absorbency.

Anyone else notice that the description says GSM of 550 then below that its 643 grams. Which one is it? Grams per square meter is GSM sooooo, im confused. Anyone know?

Just once I’d like to get an order from Woot that was the right product. I ordered Lilac towels and got white. Then you have to exchange emails at least 3 times to get an RMA. Their first email is always some template, snarky, hip-sounding email. What a pain in the ass this company is.
