Microsoft 365 Family 1 Year Subscription

Shipping time ridiculously long.

Your product key was sent a while back. Check email or you can also get it from your order history.

No sign of any such correspondence. All I see is a sea of notifications that my item has been physically delivered. How about elaborating on how it was sent? I have to enter this code I purchased within three days.

All legitimate email from WOOT goes to my Yahoo Email. I just saw my Microsoft - Hotmail spam folder message caught a fake Microsoft 365 billing notification from of all addresses “qk@goodmedmassage” (yeah, legitimate…right!) on Tuesday with all manner of it being a phishing attempt. You’d better kick this upstairs pronto as to the legitimacy of the vendor because the phishing attempt matches with the same day you mention it was sent. I’ll probably just go buy the renewal code from BJ’s so just cancel the order or else I’ll be breathing fire on my reviews.

Open the email that said the item was delivered. The tracking number is the code.

Or

Navigate to www.woot.com
Log in
Go to your order history
Click on the item you bought.
The tracking number is the code.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)

Right… you don’t work for WOOT but you want me to open a suspicious email. Explain to me how this from address is even safe to open the attachments or don’t waste my time. I’ll kick it up to Amazon prime with the conversation that we’re having.

Why would you think a suspicious email is from Woot?
It’s not.

Is this email from Woot?

If not, go to your order history on Woot and look for the information.

I mentioned that the PHYSICAL item notifications are all I see. The Microsoft 365 code is what
I paid for and the tracking number being a legitimate Renewal code (as suggested) makes no sense. Beyond that there is no tracking number link for the subscription so again don’t waste my time. Either email me the code today or refund the $89 amount.

I now see that the order in my yahoo email does include the validation key number so I’ll try to enter it in my Microsoft account. Hang tight.

I found the validation key under the “shipped Tracking:” section of the order. When I was told the tracking number was the number I needed to register it made no sense but the important detail is that I was able to utilize it so I’ll chalk up my wasted time to some kind of language barrier, as in a failure to state the details precisely on your end. Thank you for your sincere attempts just the same.
