Who is actually selling this? I bought a subscription last year and got scammed but if it’s actually from Microsoft and not a third party I’m in.
I can’t confirm who the seller is, but I purchased a Microsoft 365 one-year subscription from Woot last week and was able to redeem it through my Microsoft account without any issues. This is the one I bought: Microsoft 365 Family 1 Year Subscription. The only difference I notice is the “-25” in the link, but I’d assume they’re the same product. Maybe someone from Woot can confirm whether they’re identical?

That doesn’t work - I’d need to set up a completely separate account. Since you guys are Amazon, I (maybe wrongfully) assumed I could make it work. Might need a refund.
We’re an independent subsidiary. We use different order systems and other stuff.
You probably still have a Microsoft account, even though the subscription is through Amazon. I went to Setup Microsoft 365, signed in, and redeemed the code.
I’ve purchased this via Woot more than a few times and it works without fail. In fact, I purchased 2 recently and added the codes via my personal Microsoft account at one time - now I’m subscribed for two years! I also disabled all the nonsense Microsoft likes to upsell you with, so I’m locked - no inflation, no new features I didn’t ask for, no worries.
I bought this last time it was offered. It will not stack if your current subscription was purchased from Amazon. When you try to use the key, you will get a message that you have to wait for your current subscription to run out before you can enter the key in your Microsoft account. For me that is months from now, so I had to set a reminder to enter the key when the Amazon Microsoft 365 Family subscription ends.
Can anyone who has bought this share if this subscription includes Copilot? thanks!
Does copilot have anything to do with this product? We have an hp laptop which has copilot. That thing is always in my way. I don’t know how to get rid of it! We’ve never paid for it. We don’t have Microsoft 365, either.
I’m an Apple girl and have never been able to make sense of this unwieldy copilot mess.
Did you buy this or ever find your answer? It doesn’t list CoPilot in the description like it does on the MS Comparison as well as other retailers. Price makes me think there’s a catch. Still researching but if you found the answer I’d appreciate your reply. Thanks.
It includes the Copilot functionality in the office apps which aren’t intrusive and which you don’t have to use.
