It looks to be unlimited for one user/Mac. It’s not an office 365 subscription or anything.
Hi guys! I’m a moron and was so excited to see the price of this product that I ordered it without reading carefully. Does anyone know if the activation code for Mac will also work on a Windows PC? Please help!
I believe it will tell you that the code is invalid for a windows version download. You can always gift it to one of your friends with a Mac though.
You know you can always cancel a Woot order or ask to return it.

Yes, should run fine. Be aware that this is only the license/key. You will need to download the software, if it is still available from Microsoft. Support for this product ended in October 2020.
