Happy to report MS sent me my unlock code today. Took about a week of waiting but processes was simple. Regarding the device, been using it as a wifi only device since I got it. I’m very happy with it at this price point. It’s a great device for what it is. As a primary phone, it would be a pain, but as a complimentary device, it’s very good.

the last comment here was Aug. 2021. I ordered my surface duo from woot, through a company in Uganda on 22 Jan 2022 since woot couldn’t sell direct to Uganda. by 15th march 2022 i have not yet received the surface duo yet. the company still telling me to wait as its still on transit. kind of moving on a tortoise. then I know its locked on AT/T. it my prayers i get it soon and i succeed to get it unlocked. thanx
