CPU’s nothing special. 16 GB of RAM would be enough.
But…
The battery’s probably near the end of its life and most likely on its last legs. If the battery’s been replaced, then sure, it’s worth $250 (because that’s a heck of a process to swap out the battery for a Surface Laptop 3). Otherwise you’re looking at a device that will need to be plugged in all the time and you pray that the battery doesn’t start to swell, bulge, and/or start a fire.
