I’m a little disappointed at the moment. Now I understand when something said “open box” I thought it was new it’s just that someone didn’t want it but, when I bough this order en to use with my surface duo phone. It came without the box for protection. It just came in a paper wrapped bag with the pen in it. No protection. Now the pen is scuffed up and the tip is bent and there was no battery. And there are number markings on it as well. Should woot charge its Verbiage from open box to lightly used? I paid 60 some dollars for something that was used not new in an open box. I mean does it look new??
