Anyone else have the problem of the UEFI being locked out. In other words there is a password set bios that is locked.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

I’m having the same issue. Probably a load of corporate tablets that were purchased without the password and windows was reinstalled. Windows works fine, and you can boot from a USB. But there’s no Uefi access, so you can’t update it, or possibly dual boot. Without the password, the only way to clear it is to remove the screen and pull the cmos battery and discharge the capacitor. I would rather get the password than return the 2 units I purchased.
