Bought one. It arrived with a very small pressure mark on the screen, which i found acceptable. However touch screen didnt work. Had to use a usb mouse keyboard. Verified drivers, even reinstalled latest. Touch did not work. Booted to uefi menu and touch still didnt work. It also wouldnt charge. I was unable to tell of that was a bad charger or the surface pro. The charger said “replacement ac adapter” on it. No biggie if it worked. Initiated return. Ordered a replacment… 
received my surface pro 7 within a couple of days after placing the order - very fast. in the box - surface pro and original charger. everything looked almost new. it turned on and functioned great running early edition win 11 pro and battery life good - 85%? after all the updates the virtual keyboard stopped working. after hours of trying lots of fixes i found out on the internet it’s a non fixable bug caused by the upgrades and can be worked around by setting it to “show keyboard at all times” and “keyboard icon on taskbar” even when a physical keyboard is attached. not a big deal, just a setting quark. it seems to be working great now. things to keep in mind: it might require some adjustments that someone with some computer knowledge can do easily (i’m 60 y.o. and not an IT expert), not as fast as the newest computers available since it was made in 2021 - but still runs fast enough for ms365 and internet, will connect to android phones, will connect wirelessly to some printers, will connect remotely to other computers so great for work from home, and works great with bluetooth keyboard. all in all, i was surprised by the quality and very happy with my purchase - so far. it was worth the money and time spent getting it going.
