Buy a license on eBay for $5-$10 dollars
Both Amazon reviews say bad keys. Hard pass
I guess people like to take the risk if the keys are good or not 
Most computers don’t even come with DVD players installed

Despite what Microsoft claims, you don’t need to buy any edition of Windows 10 if you are trying to do an inplace upgrade from Windows 7 or above; you can still do it for free.
If you don’t have a current install, but have a legit key for Windows 7 or above that is all you need. Download the Windows 10 installer from the Microsoft website and you can use the Win 7 or above key when the Windows 10 installer asks for your key. It will install and be activated.
I’ve got a desktop that’s still running XP. I have a W7 install disc with key. Can I skip over 7 and go straight to 10?
