These do not seem like “non-essential” items.
I would think that “non-essential items” would be things like documentation or batteries for the controller.
Yes i bought this tuesday and got it in the mail yesterday…there was no ryse son of rome code or game with it.
Mine also did not include the game card. I will open a Customer Service request as well.
Sorry about that. I hope customer service gets you taken care of asap.
No game download card seems to be a common problem. I too didn’t receive one and have contacted customer service. Best of luck to everyone in getting one.
