Well, if you buy 8 bags at walmart (same size) it comes to $31.04.
Granted, thats if you go into the building. Shipping might be more.
Mine says 3.88. Perhaps its a local price?

I would buy if it was 4 bags instead of 8… I don’t need 8 bags… and I’m not one to share much…
