Worst wootoff ever! NO BAG OF CRAP!
[/quote]
Though it’s been said of many, there is no doubt in my mind that that woot-off was the worst indeed. No BOC in a woot-off? I believe that might be unprecedented, at least in my lifetime on woot (quite a long time).
Really? No Boxes of Cookies? Woot, you certainly had a lot of stuff that could have qualified as cr ap. Is it still sitting around, or did you find suckers - I mean customers - to buy that cr ap - I mean fine quality merchandise? Who are you kidding? You had plenty o’ cra p to put in da bags!

Wow woot. Way to let us down.

There have been multiple woot offs in the past that did not have BoC’s. I can think of 2.

No, at least two-three I can remember in the last few years. Tend to not give them out if they gave them in the same month for another event, might skip it if it’s a one day woot, and the third time I think was one summer where they just skipped a month.
Giving multiple Bee oh Cees and then none in Woot-offs is classic psychology. A well known experiment placed rats in two different cages. In one cage the rat got a treat each time it pressed a bar. It the other cage the rat got a treat after pressing the bar a random number of times… sometimes once…sometimes after 10 or more presses. Then they stopped giving treats to both rats. The “one press/one treat rat” stopped trying for the treat very quickly… after only a dozen or so presses. The “random press rat” continued to press the bar thousands of times. We are nothing more than Woot Rats and will return to press the bar for the Bee oh Cee treat because we’re never sure when we’re going to get another “treat”. I’d hoped to become more in life than a Woot Rat, but apparently this is my fate… along with the rest of you rats. LOL See you next woot-off.
Every time I see this site I no longer appreciate the wit of the authors or the community feeling it tries to invoke. It is all pretense now - they’ve turned what was once a unique and original format into their permanent marketing campaign. I think this is the end of my loyalty and interest in this site. It’s so disgusting that I almost want to boycott Amazon too.
