Mint Hard Floor Cleaner

No boc? What a drag. Guess it’s alright though since i was out most of the day either at work or errands.

To get into the corners, and suck well along the walls would be my guess.

Very best! I bought 6 items and didn’t come on here until 1 in the afternoon today

I usually just attach a cloth to my mac mini and it gets the job done just as well.

Okay, a few more:

Sorry, really have to go now. Bye.

What’s all that heavy breathing in video two above? (and No jokes about Hard Woods).

this review compares Roomba, various Neato models, Mint, and Mint Plus, concluding that while the Mint is not a vacuum, it is the fastest & quietest, and generally good for light cleaning, and the mopping ability is a plus. It also praises the Mint’s navigation skills.

Given that it won’t leave your floors completely dirt-free, that you presumably have to clean up after it with every use (changing swiffer pads), and that rugs are its kryptonite, it doesn’t seem awfully versatile.

But if all your floors are bare and you’re too lazy to stand up to swiffer, it’s a good buy.

(these are both true for me; I’m having a hard time not buying it)

Yeah, what’s with that pricing Woot? It’s the same model, so it’s only $11 cheaper (with much slower delivery)??

My Roomba just died last week (third one in about 9 years), so I have been looking for a non-Roomba replacement. But I come to Woot for deals, not minor price breaks.
>:-(

My son and daughter in law have one and really like it for their wood floors. I have a question also however, how does one get rid of the little ‘cartoon’ character on the lower right side of my screen that keeps moving back and forth? it is quite distracting and after a while gets me dizzy.

Great. So woot!'s re-design is to get us accustomed to Skinner boxes. Dam ned consumer psychologists! They take the fun out of spending stupidly. And it was chickens, not rats, than Skinner first used. Chickens in boxes. Boxes of Chickens. B…o…C. Hmmm…

You’re right… it was chickens. College psych was too many years ago obviously. LOL

I bought one for $200 hoping it would be as nice as a roomba (in their respective fields) but I don’t think I would buy another one, even at $150. I paid less for my roomba and it was a lot more worth it.

Any insight as to why…?

ya, sorry, was working and tried to be brief…too brief I guess.
At sweeping, it does an ok job, but once the pad gets dirty, it won’t do much. I opted for disposable ones so that they pick up everything, but they need to be changed 2-3 times every time you want to use it, so it is a pain.
Mopping was not good in my opinion unless the floor is clean already, so it defeats the purpose unless all you want to do is sanitize, by using stuff like lysol pads. if the floor is dirty, whatever is picked up is just spread somewhere else.
Charging is also not as convenient as with the roomba, for example…my wife uses the roomba a lot but she pretty much ignores the mint. I’ve done some lobbying for the mint (i start it myself whenever I remember), but hard to push her so it gets used more often.

Wait, the servers don’t crash during EVERY BoC?? I thought that was pretty much the point of a BoC, since as far as I can tell, actually getting to buy one is impossible.

Because you typed bee oh see. If, on the other hand, you typed bee ay gee space oh eff space see are ay pee, then it would’ve replaced that with bag of crap, including the question mark.

You know that numbers look the same whether you press the Caps Lock key or not, right?

Also, “SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS, I NOTICED IT BEFORE I SUBMITTED THE MESSAGE BUT FOR SOME REASON I’M UNABLE TO FIX IT”

lmao.

I sure hope WOOT is paying you guys enough. That SHERLOCK parody was genius. Definitely worth more than this robot mop.

friend’s mother brought in $21811 a week ago. she is making cash on the computer and moved in a $490700 home. All she did was get lucky and make use of the guide uncovered on this site http://shrt.st/2fnh

Dudebro, why?

It’s really the fault of Congress. They’ve handcuffed the USPS on this, but MUCH more on mandating the prefunding of retirement benefits for the next 75 years in 10. We would be in the black over the last several years if not for that. Don’t believe everything you hear from the media regarding the postal service (or anything, for that matter), as they always have to have doom and gloom.

Every time I see this site I no longer appreciate the wit of the authors or the community feeling it tries to invoke. It is all pretense now - they’ve turned what was once a unique and original format into their permanent marketing campaign. I think this is the end of my loyalty and interest in this site. It’s so disgusting that I almost want to boycott Amazon too.

Come on, don’t be like that. You’ve been here six years and it’s people like you who have kept the site financed with your frequent purchases. Give it a day or two and you may feel better about this.I hope to see you at the next WootOff!
