The title should read ‘Blinding Light Therapy’… I was so excited for this and now I’m more depressed than I was before I received it! It’s bright. Not soothing. Painful. Not energizing. ;(
Sorry you’re unhappy. There’s no adjustment? Ones I’ve seen are adjustable.

(lol!) Yes, it goes from bright to brighter to my eyes are burning! 
I will see what it is like in the dark and make sure I can’t use it on my desk when/while I’m doing homework… but considering it was almost $30… I might reach out to them to initiate a return. We’ll see. Thanks, TT!
