Missing coupon after Woot-off

Hi, my design Great Retro Wave was published in October’s Woot-off, I didn’t receive any email.
Today the design is publised (first time after woot-off) and I receive the e-mail with the sales stats link but not with the Artist Coupon of this design.

I hope you can fix it?
