Hi,
I have a question about an order that was marked as delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the package. The tracking information states that the item was “delivered to reception.” However, I spoke with two desk clerks yesterday and even today. Neither one could find the missing package. There is also no delivery photo, which is unusual for my orders handled by Amazon.
This is a cell phone gift for someone. Is there any way to track where the package was actually left (in case it was mis-delivered)? I called Woot customer service and was advised to contact Amazon Logistics for help. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone using the number provided. Any advice?

how do you contact anyone with WOOT. This site is very confusing as there is nowhere to ck tracking that i see. I ordered here but have a prime acct for free shipping. HELP ANYONE

Go to www.woot.com
Click on your avatar in the upper right corner (on desktop) or the silhouette of a person at the bottom of your mobile screen.
You may need to log in.
From there you’ll see your order history and account details.

DO YOU KNOW HOW TO REACH AN ESCALATIONS MANAGER. I RECEIVED NO HELP FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. THIS SITE IS A HOAX AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN HERE.

Hello. Make sure you go through the support form. The phone info will show there when it’s online/available.
You can also fill out the support form for responses via email.
Allow 24-48h for a response.

Hi! Are sold-out items ever replenished on the site? Specifically, do you know if the mocha mousse color will be restocked for this phone? Woot has the best price and my husband’s birthday is next month. I’m hoping for an opportunity to repurchase the phone due to a delivery issue with my original order.
Sometimes if:
- the sale ended but there’s remaining inventory, or
- if we get more inventory
We don’t regularly restock inventory like a traditional retailer though.
The phone came from Amazon so it’ll depend on if they send more to us to sell.
