Could you inquire at the warehouse who thought shipping a metal sign in an amazon clothing plastic bag was a good idea? (The gray plastic without any bubble wrap or protection at all)
While 1 set of the balloons I ordered came very secure in a box x2 its needed size, somehow putting the thin metal sign into something to keep it from getting warped in transit was to far a reach. o_O
Don’t post the thing helper person, its a $6 sign no need to bother CS about it.
Gonna try and get it flattened.
I’d love to but it won’t do any good. I did find how to report improper packaging. I was so happy. I asked if ceramic mugs could please not be shipped in poly bags because they get smashed.
The team replied that there was no evidence to show that breakage would be reduced by putting ceramic mugs in a box.
I died a little that day and gave up on trying to fix packaging from Amazon.
Their village called… they are missed.
They probably didn’t factor in padding. 
There must be some sort of damage metric that the warehouse is trying to tank. For example, if a supervisor was mean that day, everyone agrees to mispack/ eff up 25 packages.
Either that, or a new supervisor comes in and says $50 for the person who uses the least amount of boxes and packing material. That way the starting numbers are so bad they can’t go anywhere else but up!
