If this ever comes back to woot, be mindful buying it. I got it for work and it’s randomly turning off when nothing is even touching it. It also don’t change smoothly between settings. Overall disappointed in it

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
