What’s the difference between the two “Brooks Robinson MLB Baseball w/ “HOF 83” insc” besides price?

I have been told that there is basically nothing different! Same guy, different balls, different prices because of ???

I was advised to tell you to just go for the cheaper one while it’s still up!
