Ours is a 3 pack. 
Just opened my order. The 3 pack I received was one pair of anvil pruners and 2 bypass pruners (each pruner in individual packaging, not banded together in any way). Hoping this is a mistake, will contact woot! Customer Service to initiate a return since I ordered them specifically for anvil type pruners only. From the item description it seemed that the 3 pack was of the same model and type of pruners - anvil, as a variety or combo pack of bypass and anvil type pruners was not mentioned at all in the item description. I live in the southwest and in a desert climate which means generally everything is thorny, spiney, or more difficult to cut - even hand pruning, so bypass pruners don’t work on very much. Kinda truly disappointed, as this was my first foray into the world of woot(!!!) and I had thought I had found a product at a good price which would have genuinely helped me out. :[
