Yup, it will work for your iPhone. I’ve got one of these or one that is very similar. Mine also has a audio out jack.

The iPhone can use standard ipod cables.

In for 2 at this price. My car got broken into about a year ago, and the bastards stole my iPod charger and nothing else (stereo and iPod were inside). But now the tables are turned, and I’ll just whip out my spare charger if one of these babies gets stolen.

I have one of these that came with my ipod kit. It broke after a few months, so be careful if you plan on using it often.
