Holy shit snacks! Makes me wonder if Monster’s representation ever actually read the whole thing or if they simply ignore any reply that doesn’t start off with “omg we’re so sorry, we’ll give you $50,000 to not sue us!”

I’m truly amazed Monster is still in business after all these years. I like to believe consumers get smarter and do their Internet ‘research’ prior to purchasing. I went to Best Buy to try to buy a basic HDMI cable the other day. Them trying to sell me an HDMI ‘2.2’ cable for $400 made me sick to my stomach. I just can’t believe this practice STILL exists. If you want to make a good product and boast about it, great. But flat out lying about it is just absurd.
I could not give a flip about Monster and their products (and frivolous lawsuits). I do not expect any “clean power” (most of that stuff is utter nonsense) but I do need a new surge protector and the ability to do the internet thingy with the power whats-its (do-dads?) is intriguing… In for one.
