What’s the return process if these arrive damaged or missing critical pieces as some reviews have indicated? Is the buyer responsible for paying to ship these back if necessary and who would we be dealing with, Woot, Amazon, or SafeRacks?

Oooops, sorry. I thought I answered this one. If there’s a piece missing, I’d suggest starting with MonsterRax. They should be able to ship it to you rather than us being the middle-man.
If it arrives too damaged to use, contact Woot Customer service and they’ll help you with a pre-paid return label.
