Just finished putting one together!
It’s better than I expected for the price; quite sturdy except maybe the top shelf, which does not seem like it is designed to hold much.
It took around an hour and a half for two of us to assemble one; we have lots of experience putting together similar shelving units though. Probably would have been faster without so much graba** going on plus fighting over who gets to use the rubber mallet.

Did anyone have any issues with the expandable garment rods? I tried to get both of mine to lengthen per the instructions but to no avail. They won’t budge at all. They only turn a quarter turn and stop. I’ve tried pulling on it and turning it back the opposite direction and still nothing. Any suggestions or did I get some bad ones?
Actually got one to lengthen but the other won’t. Emailed CS so hopefully they can help.
I’m hoping they still have the ones pictured available for I received the wrong item. Very disappointing

I ordered 3 and got the wrong item. Woot sent a sorry we sent the wrong item and told me to discard of the wrong one and they would be sending the right one. I never received the expandable item instead a silver rack. When I inquired about when I was receiving the rack customer service said it was delivered already.

Im still waiting for my two “correct” units to show up. Dont think they’ve even been shipped yet since i get a notice from Fedex when anything is assigned a tracking number with my address (assuming Fedex shipping li,e the incorrect units used)
There should be a new tracking number in your Woot purchase history too.
