I’m a little concerned that I don’t have my Christmas tree that I ordered on 2/12 yet. I’ve contacted support about it, but I’m wondering if anyone else has theirs yet?
Yeah, it seems a bit off track. I would call FedEx and ask them to put a trace on it. Then contact our customer service with that info.
Thanks for the advice, TT. It turns out that the postal service lost it. At least I figured it out in time to get my $ back. I’m most bummed that I have to try to go find a similar deal since it was planned to be a gift. Oh well. Shit happens.
