Anyone test these out?
Mine arrived brand new, but completely empty (they typically ship with 25%~50% charge in them).
Following the instructions to top it off first, and then over multiple discharges, I estimate mine has about 8000 mAh. Still a good deal, but I was curious if anyone tracked how much power theirs had.
