I want to see some vertical mice up in here!
I bought two of the Kone[+] mice the last time they were listed - the first one was badly used and didn’t work, and the second one had a broken scroll wheel. I kind of forgot to submit an RMA request to Woot until the return period expired, and now I’m fighting with Roccat to honor the 90 day warranty. HELP!! D:

Thanks. Roccat refuses to honor the 90-day warranty, so I went ahead and contacted Woot support again. Fingers crossed I can get a refund!
