check your model number when you get it.
i ordered the sb6141 and got the sb6121 instead. I contacted support woot last night but haven’t heard back yet (hasn’t been that long). i didn’t realize until i had it all hooked up and registered with my cable company that it was the wrong model. Does work well (116mbps) just want the model i ordered that is a bit better.
Update: they are sending the correct one out. Thanks woot.
This is how I feel whenever someone tells me to get “x” service other than TWC.
I live in Laredo TX… and we do not have any other DECENT internet provider in our area… (I recently moved here, I lived in DC for four years and I was very happy with my fios service)
Anyhow, I guess Im stuck with cable…sigh.
Uh-oh! Looks like the warehouse monkeys messed up. 
I ordered the SB6141, but today I got the SB6121 in the mail. I have emailed cs, hopefully they get it straightened out quickly. :happy:
Installed the 6121 on Cox, which took longer than it should have in my humble judgment, but it does work, and if nothing else, there are different-colored lights, which weren’t offered on the old DOCSIS 2.0 brick.
