Motorola VGA Travel Adapter

wtf mate

Will I need this traveling to Mexico or only in Europe, Australia etc.

VGA to what?
Sure would be nice if the picture or specs gave some indication without.

Would it work with apple devices?

I came here to get this same question answered.

I hereby nominate boba9000’s post to be a Quality Post (that will hopefully receive an answer).

Or am I confused what the adapter is used for? I feel silly now.

No apple compatibility!

Only Motorola products!

You can use it in any country.

What the heck is this thing? What is it used for. Crappy picture with one end hidden? Specs show one item in the box, huh. Are you kidding me. I hope no one buys this mystery item???

Website says VGA to micro USB. So not compatible with iPhones but good for most other smartphones.

The site says

This should work with current phones with the Webtop app. But don’t expect it to work with future models.

This plugs into a Motorola phone via Micro-USB, so that the VGA end can be plugged into a projector.

You can check out the amazon page for it [http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-VGA-Travel-Adapter-Non-Retail/dp/B006FXURV8"]here](http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-VGA-Travel-Adapter-Non-Retail/dp/B006FXURV8).

Seems like a very niche product. If you’re going to be hooking it up to a projector or TV to do presentations, you might as well just bring a small laptop rather than relying on a smartphone.
