Motorola XOOM 10.1” 32GB Android Tablet with Wi-Fi

Fantastic first tablet. I love mine.

When I whined for tablets earlier I wanted something that was within reasonability. This thing is nice, but over priced. Same value I can get at Tigerdirect with a one year warranty.

Do not want!

Google says they’re going for about $430 new now.

I’d rather get a new one at $475 from Amazon.

Just bring the i-Pad

Is that last link supposed to be some sort of insinuation towards someone who’d buy a Xoom?

I just have a real notbook

will this work with Mac

Not really. You should probably get an iPad first, then buy one of these.

Can I hook an adapter antenna to the USB port to pick up my wi-fi in a weaker signal area?

4 stars on by Amazon buyers… http://www.amazon.com/MOTOROLA-XOOM-Android-10-1-Inch-Wi-Fi/dp/B0045FM6SU

i just want my bag of crap. or some of those sweet flash lights they had a while back

I totally want one of these, but everyone who I know that bought one ended up selling it and buying an iPad…

Supposedly, the apps available for it are just horrible. Basically, people aren’t writing tablet specific apps for this like they are for the iPad…

:frowning:

I am so tempted to buy this. I am trying to resist the urge but damn is it hard.

could be worse…

could be a TouchPad…

Yes, it is independent and your sync’ed data goes to the Google cloud. When you plug in the USB you get a mounted flash drive to upload data to.

I love mine. I’m almost tempted to get a second one now.

Am I the only one that pronounces Xoom as “Kss-oom”?

what is a “bundle of crops” can someone please explain this to me?
