Normally I like to jump on board this kind of comment with a big YES - but this time I think I have to be content with contemplating the evil nature of marketers: if you need 6 but not 8, the marketers suck another couple of bucks out of you for the privilege. If you want the best price, you have to buy 2 that you don’t really need.

I think of it as a tax on failure to consume…
