I have other models that use AA batteries. They last all summer long and then some at our camp (reasonably high use). I had one like these that used AAA batteries and while it was smaller and more easily placed, the batteries did not last even a summer.

I have other models that use C batteries and they work well. I have one sideways in my closet which lets me get ready in the morning without bothering my wife and 2 more in my mother in law’s apartment because her dementia causes her to wander in the middle of the night so at least she can see when she does it.

Those boots look cool, although unseasonably so for spring. Are they available on woot? Anyone know the brand?
